We love our new golf cart! Very easy place to work with, very positive experience. Did a lot of the paperwork over the phone and online, then they dropped it off at my house. Super easy!

On the weekend that we use our golf cart the most we had a problem with it, not starting consistently. It was a Saturday morning, and we called Colin who tried to talk us through some of the things that could be causing the problem , when we still could not get it going, he said he would bring a cart out to us to use for the weekend. When he arrive with the loaner, our cart was working again, but he left both carts for us to use over the weekend. His excellent customer service made our weekend! The staff at Copperhead Carts has always been very easy to work with and now we have experienced how important customer service is to them.
